2.- RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The minimum booking must be two (2) nights.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit paid by the client at the time of booking will be returned as long as the client communicates the cancellation at least sixty (60) days in advance and 50% of the deposit will be returned if the cancellation is made thirty (30) days before the date of arrival.
The number of people that can be accommodated in each flat is the number that appears on the website in the information sheet for each of the flats. In any case, El Jardinet de Sant Esteve does not have any flat in which more than five (5) people are allowed to stay.
3.- ACCESS TO THE APARTMENTS
The client will receive a message by email or mobile phone with which he/she will be given a unique personalised access code to access both the entrance of the building and the flat booked by the client.
This access code is personal and non-transferable, and the client is solely responsible for its use, and will be operative exclusively during the period of time corresponding to the contracted reservation.
Check In – Check Out : The check in time is from 17.00h and the check out time is before 12.00h. During the stay at Jardín Sant Esteve the client will have to check in with the person in charge of the flats and provide the required personal documentation (photocopy of ID card or passport).
4.- SERVICES
All apartments are equipped with:
- Free WIFI and usable by means of a password that will be provided to the client by means of a message to the client’s mobile phone or e-mail.
- Heating and air conditioning
- Internet-connected Smart-TV and bluetooth music system.
- Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils.
- Towels and linen.
- Private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
- Communal services to be shared by all the apartments:
- Communal garden and indoor swimming pool, as well as washing machine, clothes dryer and iron, usable from 07.00 am to 11.00 pm.
- Lift, except for the first floor.
- Inside the cabin there is a 24-hour emergency telephone.
- There is no parking service or reception.
- When the sofa beds are used, the client will have to make the bed with the sheets found inside the sofa bed and will have to put the mattress protector.
5.- PRICES
The prices are those in force at any given time on our website.
VAT and TOURIST TAX will be applied to the prices at all times.
6.- SPECIFIC PROHIBITIONS
It is expressly forbidden to house any kind of animal.
Smoking is prohibited in all flats and common areas of the Jardinet de Sant Esteve, except in the garden.
Our apartments are designed for family tourism and holiday relaxation, as well as for stays for professional, business or similar reasons. Therefore, under no circumstances are parties or celebrations allowed that may cause a nuisance to other customers and neighbours.
Clients are obliged to respect the normal rules of coexistence, as well as to respect the rest of the rest of the clients and neighbours of the Jardinet de Sant Esteve as much as possible.
7.- RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for the correct use, conservation, maintenance and tidiness of the flat, as well as for its furniture, belongings, objects and installations, as well as for the communal and general services of the building.
